Would love it if you could write up a piece about Brazilian cricket and your experiences.

Re: Introductions Thread!!

I suppose I should introduce myself to all those at Big Cricket, who might just be interested.

I have come over from simplyCricket during the big migration. Wherever mas cambios goes, we all follow. Actually, I crawled into a cardboard box in sC's virtual office, closed my eyes for forty and when I opened them... here we were; absolutely no effort on my part at all. It appeared that we came, we saw and are in the process of conquering... in the nicest possible way of course ;).

In case you haven't guessed, my name is Liz and I am a Strength and Conditioning Practitioner. I am a certified personal trainer which means that I am an advanced gym instructor, level 3 fitness instructor and level 3 trainer in different environments... among other things.

I am a biomechanist, psychologist, sports therapist and performance nutritionist... among other things.

As a cricket coach, I am a member of the ECB CA but as an ABSAT coach, I specialise in pace bowling, although sometimes I can't help sticking my nose into the other disciplines

My location is Essex, UK.

I don't have a favourite player, although my favourite cricketers would have to be Ian Pont and Ronnie Irani ;)

No doubt you will find out what else I do along the way :D

Re: Introductions Thread!!

Hi Liz welcome across to BigCricket, hope to see you continue to give an insight into personal fitness/coaching and help us lesser ables to improve :)

Re: Introductions Thread!!

Ok Liz- is a large quarter pounder meal from McDonalds, eaten in the car, on the way to cricket considered a good nutrition program? :D
