Re: Last person to post on this thread wins 7

I'm having an operation on my shoulder after an accident last may taking what I think was a screamer of a catch at first slip, but only managing to dislocated and break a bone in the AC joint of my left shoulder. Now almost a year later and several reinjuries doctors have decided enough is enough and surgery is required to stop it happening again.

Unfortunate because my shoulder is feeling quite good of the last week, but it has to be done.

How long is the recovery?

Well I'm hoping to be playing for next season in September, but I will have to be working hard to make sure not only my shoulder but the rest of my body is in shape and balanced. Thankfully Liz is around to help with that on top of the other doctors around the place.

I have had surgery on my elbow before for pulling a tendon off the bone, and after the recovery my elbow actually felt better than it did before. Hopefully this can happen again in this case.
