i bought a new bat not so long ago called a kahuna doom. it was $200 which is a fair ptice for a bat. it hits very well and i am very happy with it.

as an early christmas pressy i got given a whole box of new kookaburra's, looks like i'll have to revert to mediums for a while...

Consists of a GM Original LE bag. A fisher best bat. Woodworm gold pads and gloves. Helmet is a stock standard green GN one. Box a woodworm, and thigh pad a stock standard Slaz one.

all in australian dollars

bag: gray-nicolls evo players bag $120

bats: 1st preference - puma iridium 5000 $490
2nd preference - slazenger v8 select $320
3rd preference - puma classic $300

gloves - puma iridium 4000 $65
i also have a backup pair of puma iridium 3000
i use gray-nicolls batting inners which were $5

pads - puma iridium 4000 pads $75

thighpad - puma iridium $25
inner thigh pad - gray-nicolls $20

helmet - masuri steel grill $110

i also keep in juniors so i use a pair of puma ballistic which were $50 off ebay and use a pair of the clubs puma atomic keeping pads which do the job

my camera has conked out, but i can give you a description (all prices in AUD):

BATS: 1 Sommers SX2 1st grade English Willow bat, was about $300, but got it on sale for $165
1 1st grade English Willow bat which i cannot remember the brand of as the stickers came off long ago, but a golden oldie.
PADS: 1 pair of Kookaburra Beast Pads, got them for free new off a mate who didnt like them very much, i think he used them once.
1 pair of those foam like pads that Tendulkar uses, they have the QLD Bulls logo on them (even though im from TAS), and i cant remember how i got them
GLOVES: 1 pair of Kookaburra Beast Gloves, got them on sale for $10 brand new, awesome deal
INNERS: Newberry inners with the fingers, about 4 bucks
HELMET: 1 County helmet, which collects dust in my room, as i stopped wearing it, $20 on sale
THIGHGUARD: Hunts County, on sale $10
BOX: Hunts County, about $5, cant remember
INNER THIGHGUARD: Gray Nicholls, got it for free, off my brother who didnt use it
BAG: Kookaburra Kahuna, $75, got it for $40 on sale
BALLS: 1 2 piece Kookaburra, $22 and 1 4 piece ball i found at the local nets
