Sangakkara deserved a double century. Had another batsman stuck around with him it could have been closer. I think the new Australian bowlers weren't really tested in this series.

Well; Ultimately Australia won the Test Series by 2-0(Complete Whitewash) :D and ponting stuck to his words that Murali will not achieve the landmark in Australian soil.

Bit of a joke for the Sangakarra wicket, the umpire even apologised later on!

Well, Australia won, so no big shock there, lets see what happens between England and Sri Lanka in the coming weeks.

i didnt expect sri lanka to cross 400. they started to have a go in the end when the match was almost lost. sangakara proved his class and was unlucky with the decision.

sri lanka could have won this match - bad umpriing cost them.

sanga was never out, they should have drawn the series at the very least, they deserved that.

australia now have not lost in 14 games that is bad for world cricket

yeah he was unlucky for being given out incorrectly but i dont think it cost them the match. they were losing wickets at the other end so would have lost anyway.

Australia still have problems with their bowlers Macgill was bowling very poorly and in 2003 against India he bowled many loose balls and all our batsman were comfortable against him. He doesn't have much control unlike Warne.
