While Smith showed the class of a man who has more than 10,000 runs in the bank to pick apart the Windies attack on a tricky pitch still offering sporadic low bounce, it was the composure of Green during his 123-ball knock that will please the Australian hierarchy the most and equally for those of us that have backed the big West Aussie.

Yeah Smith just looked completely class. Green was very gritty, left well and put away the cover drive for a bit after it almost got him in trouble. He got the return for it by making a 50 and also faced the 2nd most balls of any innings this series (123) behind Khawaja in the first innings of the series (128).

Woke early to catch some live play but looks tuff going for the boys in a battle with the Dukes pinkie. We shud have bowled first in these conditions, but Aussie cricket has a policy of win toss, bat always.

Media has gone silent on Shemar Joseph rape allegations. Meanwhile he is free to play and take Aussie wickets.

Beau Webster second failure on the trot after a healthy start to his Test career..

This Dukes still seams and moves well after most other ball types are as flat as a tack.

Only just starting watching the last 30 minutes, 60 overs in and it’s still hopping around corners.

Makes Smith and Green’s innings very impressive.
