The Lounge 2

That wasn't my folks' backyard in that pic Craig but their's was close by. My parents' best home ever abutted a golf links at its back garden sloping down to the Irish sea shore. I'd sled down it with my brother after snow falls.

Terry sounds like the fun I and friends had sledding down sands hills inland of Sydneys Cronulla Beach.
Can we have our youth back please?

Now in our nice Autumn around Perth I've been riding my motorbike a lot more. Soon a big ride up to a mate's little farm east of Northam.
I prefer open face helmets with a clear visor to see more and to be more in the moment.
It gives a very different perspective from a being in a car.

Some how Zman, I feel decades younger riding my motorbike. There are lots of new freeway/highway interchanges around me with lovely big curves one way and another.

Time also to get back on my bicycle .

Hindsight is easier when old and looking back at the forks in our lives' journeys.
I wish I'd done many things differently too, but I didn't. It was my past self making those choices, not who I am now. Still, stuff-ups serve as great lessons, and worse as anchors.

I am proud when we Aussies produce world firsts.

Nature seems to give us many clean ways to generate electricity,
the more the better. 👍
