He removed their repressive president thats why. But while the vice pres remains, nothing changes for ordinary Venezuelans. And hearing Trump has backed her, no doubt because she has released millions of barrels of oil to the US. Probably using coercion, such as another raid to take out her and her illegitimate regime. He really is the supreme narcissist.

An US lady friend sent me this U Tube link below explaining liar Trump's reason for annexing Greenland.
It's not for the Security reasons he mentioned repeatedly but for reasons of resources and bullying greed, again.

I always thought Trump greed was the main factor with Greenland.
Likewise Venezuelian Oil, which is rediculous with renewables increasing and still getting cheaper, cheaper than fossil fuels and the intelligent way to address Global Warming. Trump trumpets saying GW is a (Chinese) Hoax. Idiot!
The Venezuelian Oil is of low quality with sulphur needing more and costly refining. Even US Oil magnates are worried about investing in Venezuela. Lot's of bad memories there from when a Socialist government nationalised Foreign infrastructure, like US vested interests. Twice US Oil magnates got kicked out of Venezuela!
Another worry is that the US intrusion into the soverign state of Venezuela might end up like Iraq; Bush's eyes there were focused on Oil too.
I bet there'd be Venezuelian Groups happy to rail against the US by many means, like blowing up things like US Oil infrastructure, attacks, assassinations, ...
Freedom fighters, not terrorists, and another enemy for the US to trickle into the decades ahead.
Was that part of Trump's grand plan? I doubt it, he flip flops daily.

Maybe but I'd prefer Tony Abbott who once wanted to shirtfront Putin. Tony is a very smart man with right leaning ideology like Trump. That could work well, maybe too well?
Despite that Lidia is louder, more flamboyant, loves the Lime Light and would send Trump even crazier. She's sure well versed in anti Racism rhetoric and a proud First Nations Spokesperson. She likes motorbikes too!

I thought Hitler shot himself after Eva Braun took a cyanide capsule in a bunker. That was the coward's way out and easier than a public hanging.
I once 'didn't' hear that privately together Adolf initially put the gun to his head and Eva cried out in despair.
