I did same raising my son. My mid level bank executive missus was a workaholic and sometimes didnt get home before 10..

I don't tend to hang around in the locker room for too long, I have another small locker in a corridor which I use to put my bag in, that's not as isolated as the locker room.
That's a long shift Richie. Is that why you took early retirement?
