XXXX Gold Beach Cricket

anyone buy or play on the mat that you could buy?

how does it work? does it work on the soft sand area, or do you need to use it near the water?

they were using it for the beach cricket series between aus, england and west indies with all the old players. they used it on the soft sand (this was on TV) and it looked pretty good, they took a long time explaining how it worked but i cant remember how sorry

A funny thing happened when someone bowled a half tracker that hit the sand next to the pitch and then came back and almost bowled the batsman. Dickie Bird didn't call it a wide!

It was alright to watch for a bit of fun between breaks in the proper cricket.
