Re: No-Balls Ok so I had nets yesterday, i have solved my problem :D I measured my runup again, came out same as usual. Then I got 2 friends to see where i was jumping and and where i was landing, then i moved the spot where i jump from a little backwards, and now landing inside the crease...

Re: Line and Length. If you are falling away then you need a nice strong follow through. this will generate more pace and better line and length.

Re: Line and Length. that same thing happens to me. What my problem was my run-up.If you have good rhythm then everything works out great because you feel good when you are bowling. what i would do if i was you is just when you go to nets, get some kind of marking and put it on the good length...
