What you trying to tell us Serge? that macleods bowlers are doing well?

If your batsman fire when it matters most, you have it in the bag....you appear to have great depth to cover any unforeseen events too.

Macleod to beat Plenty in the big dance for me.

Yeah, I think Old Serg is trying to worry a few Barclay Shield Batsmen but pointing out that they have a couple of handy bowlers. I heard a rumour that their overseas import and second on their runs scoring, may not be available for finals.... Any truth in this Serg?

i was told the other import, the glove man, who apparently is now staying as his hands are full...but if burton is the one going? big big loss

The Macleod vs Creek semi will be a belter. Would be confident tipping Creek if it was at their ground, not sure who to pick if it's at Macleod.

Will make my mind up in the coming weeks.

Would still fancy Plenty against Epping depsite the weekend result.

Macleod have great depth in both categories I reckon.

Be interesting to see what the batting stats look like for the finals sides if you have time Serg......................................

Yeah I was referring to their keeper, who has also hit their second most runs. He wouldn't come cheap, let alone if they have had to top him up a little. Serg must be donating a bit from his own pocket down there.

Merely keeping the averages going as the dvca have removed them from My cricket.
All Macleod players available i believe.

There's a reason why the DVCA closes off the averages on MyCricket.....some of us still want to be surprised come presentation night.

As surprised as not inviting the comp medal winner to the presentation night?

Maybe they should keep them up so all award winners know they should attend...............................

And before you think that was the comps fault, think again. All clubs are given a list of people that are a chance of an award or team of the year, and it is their responsibility to ensure those people attend.

Agree on Plenty and Macleod.
Wouldn't write off Epping yet though. I'd have them fighting out for that final spot in the four. Angelucci currently playing ODC if they get him back it'll strengthen them further.

At this stage I've got Plenty, Mac, DC and Epping.

Good call way back on oct 27th.
Have you got a tip for the melb cup , preferably the top 3 or 4 runners in finishing order please ?

Wonder what odds I would have got for picking that, in the correct order too. As for this years cup, I wouldn't want to ruin any surprises so ill keep that one close to my chest ;):D

Just so you know mate, going into the last round the comp medal votes are roughly:

T. BURTON 16
L. CAMPITELLI 13
C. STILL 12
G. TURNER 11
S. SHELTON 11

Very good get, no way would I have had Epping in the 4 at any stage during the year until this week!

Only OPSF stand in their way of a finals appearance now, so.........................
