With the season now over it has become apparent over the last few days that clubs have now begun the search for new players, coaches and other staff to aid their club for next season. I have decided that each club chat board will have it's own advertisments thread in which ads can be placed so not to clog up the other threads on each board.

The rules are as follows:

1. You may only post advertisements for coaches, players and other staff in this thread. Any general banter or posts of other nature will be removed.
2. Advertisements may only be posted in the designated sections of each board or sub-board. Any ads that are posted outside of the designated threads will be removed and the user banned for a minimum of one week.
3. You may only post one ad per position in any thread. Any threads containing two or more posts of the same material will be removed until only one post of that material remains.
4. All posts must adhere to BIG's terms and conditions of use.

Okay, post your ads below.

G'day all,

I am writing as a junior coordinator of a local cricket club playing in the CMCA competition. After taking on the role at the beginning of season 2011-12, it became apparent that a specialist junior coach would help accelerate the development of both our budding stars and those still learning the game.

Background: Whilst only being a small club, we once boasted one of the strongest juniors clubs rich in talent, which is starting to translate in senior success. However, over the past few years, for whatever reason, numbers started to drop off and we have been unable to field an under 14's and 16's. In season 2012/12 things started to pick up with a fair amount of work done off the field. We managed to run a strong Milo program and an under 12's side.
In the upcoming season we are looking to field an under 14's side, under 12's side, T20 Blast side and grow our strong Milo program.

So what we are looking for: The club feels as though we are getting the juniors back on track and look forward to once again have a deep pool of talented cricketers transitioning into senior cricketers. To help foster this we are looking for a coach to provide specialist batting and bowling to all junior players. We feel this role would be ideal for an experienced cricketer who has played at a high level and is now has a passion for the development of junior cricketers (whether that be a father of a junior cricketer or not). The role would involve being at the vast majority of training sessions on a Wednesday night (appox 1.5 hours), Milo sessions on a Friday night (approx 1.5 hours) and most Saturday morning game days (appox 2.5 hours). Thus not interfering with any intention to train and play themselves.
Whilst prior experience coaching juniors will be looked upon favourably, it is not be all and end all. Providing they have a passion for junior cricket.
Remuneration is available and will be negotiated with the applicants.

If you feel this role would be suited to you please feel free to reply to this thread or send me a private, upon which we can exchange contact details and discuss it further. Alternatively, if you know of anyone who may suited or know of another form of advertising which i could use please let me know.

Thanks and looking forward to your responses.

Searching for players for season 2013/14? Check out Cricketer Exchange!

Launched just over a year and a half ago CE has grown fast. last season we introduced 6 players to clubs in australia via the website. 2 of those players played in the VTCA for Parkdale and Mentone, both were opening bats and did very well. We introduced another 2 players to St Andrews CC in the RDCA and one to Blackburn South CC in the Box Hill comp, all three players are playing in a Grand Final in the coming weeks. We also introduced a club in perth to a lad from NZ.

So what is CE. Well we are not a player agent. We are a website that allows clubs to advertise for players for FREE! Thats right there are no charges for placing an advert on our site. We also run a player database, there is a small cost to access this but this is more to help with the running costs of the site.
