I was emotional when Shayna Jack finally made her first Olympics so I can not even imagine how she felt after being robbed of a spot in Tokyo.

Suncorp Stadium has emerged as a potential venue for the 2032 Olympic swimming events after an NFL stadium was transformed for this week's US qualifiers. A drop-in pool has been constructed at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts NFL team, as the Americans select their swimming team for Paris.

Possible only at this stage as their Premier has said that Suncorp will be the main |Olympic stadium after ruling out the Gabba and building a new stadium.

Shows you how other than us and the Yanks, the remaining nations struggled to reach the FINA Q times. We also had to reach the extra tuffer Aussie set times, yet we still have the second largest squad.

As usual we dominate the relays but fall down in the individual events. Molly O and Kaylee are keeping the flag flying but when are we going to produce world class men in non freestyle events again.

Kram81 Kram81 Those Yanks pipped us at the post to take out the gold medal tally, but our Dolphins can feel very proud of their performances. Specially excited by our next genners Sienna Toohey, Milla Jansen, Olivia Wunch, Flynn Southern, Kai Taylor and there are more that did not make this team. Keep any eye out for Lincoln Wearing, 16, who broke Grant Hackett 15 yrs 1500m age record in May.​
