333 get off this forum u smart ass, its spposed 2 b about criket. u r making a fool of yourself. does anyone have any thaights on d.cookson or d.kelly? i think that they are both fine young criketers who can look forwared 2 big futures in the hdca 2nd grade if they apply themselves.

they both have bright futures

probably better than hdca 2nd grade

i think the d.kelly and a good bowling career ahead of him
swings it alot which troubles the batsmen and is a very good and smart bowler at the death


and d.cookson will probably be the nest big thing
his keeping is outstanding and his batting is as well
watch out for him when he gets older
bright future for both of them

okay then lets talk some cricket... cookie is just a freak all round and i dont know about dk iv never seen him play.. all i know is he is a top bloke

i was thinking more 3rd grade,
kelly could get the occasional callup to the 2s if needed, but only if he set his mind on playing really good cricket

Look, Stop threatening eachother, and stop this name calling and abusing.

Start talking cricket, this thread is going down the drain.

The BigCricket site does not need your petty arguments and threats, do that elsewhere, you will gladly be moved on from the site should you continue, and that applies to everyone.

heard powick was bog today in prestons comeback win against ivanhoe, 30 odd not out and 2/2 off 5
anyone else know how other hdca boys went today in the hatch games?

In the Preston Ivanhoe Game
For Ivanhoe
Sam Brisbane: OBow Bowled 9 Overs Took 2 for 25 Shut the no ball chants up straight away taking a wicket with his second ball putting Preston 2/1

Mitch Lovell: Made 15-20 Odd But put on a faboulous partnership with Carl Heckman to almost get ivanhoe home.

James Norman: Bowled well and opened the batting putting on a good starting partnership with Paul Niklas

Sean Thompson:OBow Bowled well taking 1/10 of his 5 overs showing his place in the team and showing he belongs at this level of cricket.

Micheal Pierce: Bowled well of his 5 taking 1 for not many in the middle stages of the Game.

Preston
Justin Powick:OBOW Powick being powick made 30odd and bowled beautifully with figures of 2/2. A real captains effort

Daniel Kelly: Bowled really well not to sure of his figures but was very consitent and kept the runs down in a crucial period.

Leigh Weeks: Batted in the middle order putting on a crucial partnership to steady the ship for Preston after losing 3 quick wickets.

Yeah Great Game We New The Challenge was right on us playing Preston and we played the best we have to date...
Are there any other HDCA boys playing in other hatch teams?

he is a good bowler but he defiantly throws
im not sure if you have faced him in a match but he throws it

i actually found it quite hard to pick up the ball when it came out of his hand today

Oh Btw Justin have to ask you no that legside catch to the keeper, did you hit it or was it thigh guard?
