I've been upping my on-line security too Thomas. Only one of my devices hold my sensitive data. I print out hard copies and use an external 2tb drive to hold that sensitive data. The one device I use most has 3 different passwords including a Secure encrypted folder to unearth my data.
Forgive my scepticism but I don't trust the cloud nor Password managers.
In fact, I advised a 77yo mate with declining mental faculties to just keep his passwords in a paper and pen note book. He likes that simplicity.
In a fit of diligence I also bought and installed a hidden digital safe to lock away my data drive and hard copies.
Scrounging for nuts and bolts in my shed at night for the job I think I inhaled toxic dust giving my sinuses much grief. Possibly mouse poo dust!

Just a quick comment on your speculation. It might be possible indeed that you inhaled something the symptoms of which are flu-like. The good news is that it could've been worse but it wasn't .
