How did it go?Good to hear that you are back on track. Take care. I have been adding some shoulder warmups to keep it in shape. BTW, I recently started dead hangs and it seems to have improved my overall shoulder fitness (I just hang on the bars for 30 secs, 3 times a day).
We are now in the mid-30Cs with heat indexes touching 40C. The next match this Sunday is going to be brutally hot with 70% humidity. The UV index is also very high and we have to be ready. I will post how it went after the match.
