Ablett fo shizz.

For those who disagree I turn you to exhibit A, the game currently playing. Ablett carving the Hawks up.

Re: 2009 AFL Season

**** me it's Adelaide v St Kilda tonight that should be exciting..

Is it just me or is it getting harder to watch games that don't involve your team with the style of play these days?

Re: 2009 AFL Season

Yeah, it is. I support Geelong, so with the brand of footy we play everything else seems like crap.

Re: 2009 AFL Season

Could Hawthorn do what Port did last year?
Become Grand Finalists(Premiers in Hawthorns case) and then not make the finals?

Re: 2009 AFL Season

No way. Hawthorn are a quality act. Played one bad game, against a decent opposition at their best, interstate. Still top 2 in my opinion.

I agree to but Port had/has a quality line-up to?

Port had a very good team but had a fair bit of luck to make the Grand Final that year.

Re: 2009 AFL Season

Collingwood were the second best team that year and a couple of bad rounds after the mid-season break cost them a top 4 spot.

Re: 2009 AFL Season

Mousey's Cats looked good as ever tonight, though Harry Taylor from the great state in WA needs to sharpen up on his kicking skills ;)

Beams again looks like a good prospect for Collingwood apart from that stupid tattoo.

Re: 2009 AFL Season

Geelong tried for about one quarter and outscored Collingwood eight goals to nothing.

I can only imagine what will happen when they put four quarters together.

Still early to be formulating opinions. Biggest disappointment has been Richmond you'd think. Promised so much only to turn in two losses. Hawthorn the surprise two two losses also but they are missing quite a few players through injury.

Carlton and St. Kilda doing the suprising at the other end of the scale and then there's the Cats who seem to be asleep but only need about a 40% effort to win. Scary thought when they put in 100%.

99% agree with this post. Taylor is a star and killed Cloke last night.

Good game though. Besides the 2nd term, Collingwood looked good and were right in the game. Their kicking cost them though.

Ablett = God.
