World Ranked 16 yr olds Sienna Toohey and Henry Allan headline a 30-Strong Australian Junior Dolphins squad for the World Junior Championships in Romania from August 19-24.

Toohey continued her rise up the 50 and 100m breaststroke World rankings at the recent Australian Age Championships, with her 50m and 100m records which places her and into the Australian All-time Top Ten, breaking Leisel Jones Age Record on the way. Allan also charging into the Australian All-time top Ten by breaking Matt Welsh's 100m back age record.

Two Sydney 15-year-olds Christopher Montana and Heidi Shumack are the babies of the team. Others to watch out for are Mikayla Bird, Julia Remington, Hayley Mackinder, Tex Cross, Jack Morrow, Joshua Conius, Charlie Lutton. I am questioning tho why Lincoln Wearing has not made the team.

We only swim at a very low level these days but I now coach kids at our local club.

I found this guys style very unusual in how it almost looks like doesn't even glide. He has a very short one in there with his hands seperated which gives the illusion he doesn't.

Unfortunately he died not long after when some scumbag ran him over out the front if a nightclub.
