The council who are in charge of the wicket did not prepare a wicket as they deemed it too wet. Players from both clubs would be devastated. Assume Caulfield will be awarded max points as the away team.

They wouldn't be allowed as it is a council facility with council possessions. Not their fault.

Let's be honest, most clubs work very close with their curators. Looking at the results, there'd be more than a few clubs who wished they didn't get a deck up. You honestly would not have been able to get a roller on until Friday afternoon at best. Knowing the influence Caulfield have within our competition, they'll get the points anyway.

If it's council property, then there's a whole heap of OHS stuff about it - let alone letting the council give you access to it.
