    running in..

    running in.. just a quick one.. wat pace should i b running in.. some say 75% of maximum pace... is this true??? my run up is 15 strides with 3 walking steps at the beginning.. i find this a very comfortable run up.. but sometimes struggle with wat pace i should run in at.. any advice???

    power in batting i usually do weights 3 times a weak.... usually consists of bicep curls, bench, flys, upright rows, reverse pushups and normal pushups.. is there any certain weights i could do 2 give me more power in my general batting and also possibly my bowling???

    initial shuffle

    initial shuffle not all batsmen i kno do this but i do..... as the bowler reaches the crease i shuffle my stance from leg 2 middle.... i feel this is a great way to get ur feet moving (even better when facing express pace) but also helps u play ur shots as u have an extra second to sus the ball...

    straight drive i have the right action 4 my straight drive, i get it sweet of my bat.. but for some reason it still seems 2 b my weakest shot... i struggle gettin more then a single from it.... does anyone have some advice as to how i can make my straight drive more powerful??
