APS Season 2006/2007

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Id just like to mention that the Scotch coach is a great coach and a genuine top bloke. Has the respect of all the boys and obviously is doing a lot of things right which reflects on the ground. The Scotch team are a real tight knit group who stick with each other, and are committed 100% of the time whenever the situation.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Scotch were just too good yet again this week smashing Melbourne for 330
Melbourne Grammar were highly overrated with a bowling attack starting and finishing with the openers Slade and Oaten.. and the batting line up.. what about that sh*t c**t who was 33 of 40 over’s… what a f**king joke

Scotch just too good yet again.. can’t wait to play Brighton next week on that dodgy deck of theirs.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Vic were 0/50 odd early with Williamson gone for 32.

Will Ryan made 50 and they retired him. For Vics. Alex Keith, who got 180 off 38 overs in the 9A's. He got 16 today.

Ummm i think Vics were 170 odd against Xavier 1's who were missing around 4-5 of their normal players.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Ur season is over as well Zanna, Scotch can only win if MGS beat Haileybury so u want us to win now so shut your mouth and also ur coach is a loser.

Yeah the vics made 220 with will ryan retired on 50 odd the vics one by one run with Dan curtain opening up with 60 odd and molan 40 regualr opener james ryan (brother of Will) also made 66. However it should be noted there was no Buckley, Cosgrave, Smith or Bergin playing in this game and Shaun Cross regular number 3 injured his back and was unable to bat will see a physio tomorrow hopefully ready for he big game against Geelong college next week. Was interesting to see some of the 2's players playing David Cooper 2 wickets, Darcy Booth 1 and connor Oflatery 1 all bowled ell and demonstrated some good depth in Xavier cricket. It must be said though that there are some very goood cricketers in the Vic team and their feilding was something to behold better than any APS team i have seen this year. Bowling lacked depth and pace it was the spinner Betsey from MGS that turned the game witha good tight spell.overall a good days cricket

Why are all u boys under the illusion that the premiership is all over. Every body has forgotten about the boys from Barkers rd. Only lost to MGS after a few boys hit the piss on friday night and are cleary a better team. They have already beaten hailbury in a practice match even though 2 or so players were missing however pattinson played and was handled with ease not to mention that there best batsmen Tormey cant play spin to save himself. with xaviers bowling attack revolving around cosgrave and smith it is sure to be interesting. He was embarresed in the practice game by Xaviers to gun spinners. And with Xavier playing both Scotch and Hailbury in their las 2 matches at home where they are very very hard ot beat the premiership is far far from over. Just quietly they are rather confident that they can match hailbury especially with pattinson not bowling and xaviers batting looking to click just at the right time. I would almost go to say that scotch are the biggest danger as they look good in all fasets of the game but i spose only time will tell. Should be an interesting month or so but dont count out the red and balck!

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Good call from the boss there
i think this season has a lot more to show. Xavier obviously looking good with their spinners and depth in their bowling and batting. Haileybury will come undone as they are a not a real team. Scotch have shown good fight in all games after xmas and have had 3 batsmen (forbes, gelling, wolfe) who have made tons as well as cruickshanks who has made a 96 not out. So there are 5 batsmen averaging over 60. The bowling department is also very ably led by Parisi and Forbes who are taking wickets left right and centre. (Parisi 19 wickets in 5 games this season). Should get very interesting towards the end of the season with two good TEAMS in Xavier and Scotch coming together as we all know Xavier will overcome the F**** out in woop woop.

Hey Wizz what school u at ? Were u even at the game Pattinson did play we bowled his 10 overs for bout 30 odd got molan out. Lynch didnt bowl offies cause he didnt play. Jackson opened the bowling u idiot And tormey couldnt tell me what end to hold his bat. Once u hailbury boys get ur head outta ur own arse and have a look at the opther teams u might have some sort of idea of whats going on.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Good comments from both 'Boss' and 'The Spy'.. season aint over boys i think xavier are looking promising with some good wins (including hc in the pracies) and strong bowling line up.. and scotch one to watch even though unlucky to loose to those sh*t c*unts out in sh*tsville..

anything could happen...

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Sorry this is quite irralavent, but just thought i should just let you bloggers know, that i and many others hate hailebury... thankyou for your time.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

My dear hevo stevo,
I would like to agree with you in your declaration of hatred towards the scholarship boys. Good luck with the season fellas, may your bought players do you well. But, may you always know that it's not your school that wins, but the talent of outsiders who merely play for your school for the education and not the love of the school.
that is all from Robo Tomo for now

i wouldnt b suprised if brighton grammar get over the top of scotch this week. home ground addy and bgs lost last three and will be looking to turn it around. U never know in the APS anything can happen. The whole team is out of form and thier coach mcphee is the best coach in the competition. he would b saying something to em.

Brighton = Schitehouse.

Sundberg nearly beat you in 10 overs.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

surely the whole team being out of form says something about the coach doesnt it?

'the coach will be saying something to them'. sounds like he should be coaching them instead. trying to get their eyes in and give em a bit of rhythm.

Re: APS Season 2006/2007

Brighton will defs go close to Scotch. Last year they beat them on the same ground and this week roney marks and singh will bounce back after some dissapoinitng matches. A bit of a re scuffle this week with the team and is now more balanced.
Watch out for Saturday
