    Re: Wrist Spin Bowling I normally put it on about middle-off and fairly full, turning it to slips, But I get smashed alot so I don't know if thats good for T20. I normally start bowling about half way threw the game.

    Re: Upper Body Strength training? We've been doing alot of sit ups, bridges etc, and that I am fine with, but when It comes to Push ups, I fail miserably. We've been doing alot of leg strengthing, like uphill sprints etc, and stuff, I just would not like to fail miserably at the push ups :D...

    Re: Not improving Are you a bowler or a batsmen? If you are a bowler you can go to the nets after practice, but it is hard to find good solo drills for batters.
