How badly must Jimmy Anderson want to go home now his buddy Swann has jumped ship? Anyway, I still can't quite bring myself to believe that the Aussies are giong to sweep the series.

That would be too crazy. Johnson might have other ideas of course.

Really surprised that they dropped Joe Root. Haddin out now, still will be doing well if they can get 300+.
 
According to the C9 coverage, it's taken til the last test of this miserable series to belatedly put Bell at 3! :mad: When he should been there at the start of the tour! People will go on about England's batting, bowling at the Aussie tail, Cook's captaincy. But no one will look at the ECB and coaches management of this team, on this tour. It's been :rolleyes:
 
What a catch, Carberry still gets a duck after 2 chances. Might be pretty close to the end of his Test career..
 
Stokes about the only player not embarrassing themselves playing for England, New Zealand must be pissed.
 
The funny thing is that Stokes is a classic NZ style player, bowls 130's and bats middle order (currently you can refer to Corey Anderson & Jimmy Neesham as examples).
