collingwood didn't choke
they only got to the final so many times because they are playing such a stupid sport and they got thrashed by the only team that trains near a decent code.

I would have thought choking would be a team who only has to beat the bottom side to have a very good shot at a home final and be forced to follow on which is also the same State to have lost 2 home T20 preliminary finals and lost a home 50 over match this year that was basically a Semi final, plus with something crazy like 4 straight home games to finish the season still cant finish on top in the Shield
How so? Won 4/5 T20 finals with 4 of them being away, won all the home Shield finals whilst no one loses at home in the Shieldbrickwaller99;392166 said:

3/4 play League. Cricket is dwindling here. Clubs are trying their hardest to get numbers to run even C Grade games, especially up north. The only place that is capable of getting consistent state reps is Brisbane - population 1.8 million, plus also the second largest city to feed Rugby League in the country with a very large amount playing NRL for a variety of different clubs.

Queensland are in turmoil for cricket. At the start of this season there were ads being put in the classifieds for players to start playing in higher rep sides in Brisbane. The state side didn't even have enough players to select an XI from after 4 injuries occurred.
If you knew how hard it has been to find players this season then you would understand just how good of an effort it is not to be on the bottom of the table like they probably should be. Almost matching it with Victoria is a bloody good effort and I think it's a sign of things to come.
Trouble not over yet though.
